Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fluxxbyte is a digital marketing and technology services agency. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical goods. Every deliverable produced as part of our Services — including strategy documents, ad creative, website code, automation workflows, and reports — is created and delivered entirely in digital form. This policy replaces a traditional shipping policy and describes our digital delivery process instead.

All Services and deliverables are delivered electronically through one or more of the following:

• Email — proposals, reports, invoices, and approvals are sent to the email address you provide.
• Client Dashboards & Shared Drives — website builds, creative assets, and campaign reports are shared via a client dashboard, Google Drive, or similar cloud storage link.
• Code Repositories — website and application code is delivered via a private Git repository (for example, GitHub) or handed off directly on your hosting environment.
• WhatsApp / Cal.com — quick updates, approvals, and scheduled calls are coordinated over WhatsApp and our Cal.com booking system.
• Direct Platform Access — for services such as performance marketing or marketing automation, deliverables take the form of live campaigns or workflows configured directly inside your Meta, Google, CRM, or automation accounts.

Delivery timelines depend on the Service engaged and are confirmed in your project proposal or statement of work. As a general guide:

• Performance Marketing — initial campaign setup and launch typically within 48–72 hours of receiving account access and creative approval.
• Website Design & Development — typically 3 –6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and complexity.
• Marketing Automation & WhatsApp/AI Automation — typically 2–4 weeks from workflow mapping to go-live.
• SEO, Social Media & Ongoing Retainers — delivered on a continuous monthly cycle, with reports shared on an agreed cadence.
• Video Editing & Creative — typically 3–5 business days per batch, depending on volume and complexity.

These timelines are indicative and may vary based on project scope, revision cycles, and the timeliness of feedback and approvals from your side.

Many of our Services require timely access to your accounts — such as ad accounts, website admin panels, domain/DNS settings, analytics, or CRM software. Delivery timelines are contingent on receiving this access promptly. Delays in providing access, brand assets, content, or approvals may extend delivery timelines accordingly, without liability to Fluxxbyte.

Delivery of digital deliverables may occasionally be delayed due to factors such as:

• Third-party platform review or approval processes (for example, ad account or WhatsApp Business API approvals).
• Delayed feedback, content, or approvals from the Client.
• Scope changes or additional revision requests raised after work has begun.
• Outages or technical issues on third-party platforms outside our control.

A deliverable is considered “delivered” once it has been sent via email, shared via a dashboard or drive link, pushed to a code repository, or made live on the relevant platform, and you have been notified accordingly. We recommend reviewing each deliverable promptly and raising any concerns within the revision window specified in your proposal.

Post-delivery support terms (such as bug fixes, minor revisions, or ongoing maintenance) are specified in your proposal or statement of work. For any issue with a delivered asset or Service, please contact our support team using the details below.
