Don’t Just Work.
Build The Engine.
We don’t hire employees. We recruit operators who’d rather build something real than survive another performance review.
100% Remote · Zero Corporate BS · Real Stakes
This isn’t a job. It’s an engine room.
Four things that are non-negotiable here — no matter how big we get.
No Corporate BS
No 47-person Slack channel debating a button color. No meeting about the meeting. No ‘let's circle back next quarter.’ You ship, you own the outcome, you move to the next problem. If a decision needs more than one conversation, we've already lost.
01 / 04Remote-First, Always
Work from a beach, a basement, or a different timezone entirely — we don't care where you are, we care whether the work is done and it's good. No return-to-office reversal waiting to happen. No tracking software. Just results, and the freedom to get them however you work best.
02 / 04Scaling 8-Figure Brands
This isn't a local bakery's Instagram. You'll be running performance budgets, building automation, and shipping creative for brands doing real revenue — the kind of stakes that make your work actually matter, and actually show up on your resume.
03 / 04Cutting-Edge Tech Stack
Next.js, GSAP, n8n, Cal.com, the WhatsApp Business API, AI-driven automation — we build with the same stack we'd want to inherit, not whatever was trendy in 2019. If you like duct-taping WordPress plugins together, this isn't for you.
04 / 04Two seats. No fluff.
If you see yourself in one of these, stop scrolling and apply. We read every application ourselves.
We're not looking for someone who knows which button exports an MP4. We're looking for an editor who understands the physics of a scroll — why a hook dies in the first 0.8 seconds, why a jump cut a frame too slow kills retention, why the best ad you'll ever cut looks nothing like an ad. You'll be inside Premiere Pro every single day, cutting for performance media running real ad spend across Instagram and YouTube — which means every cut you make is graded by a number, not a vibe. Retention curves. Watch time. CTR. If your edit doesn't hold, the algorithm — and the client — will let you know within 24 hours.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-retention short-form and long-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube long-form — built to be watched, not skipped.
- Engineer scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1-2 seconds, every single time.
- Cut fast-paced, platform-native content — pacing, captions, sound design, and motion graphics that match how people actually watch on each platform.
- Turn raw footage (and sometimes barely any footage) into a repeatable creative system, not a one-off video.
- Build and iterate on ad creative variants for performance testing — you'll see the CTR and retention data on your own cuts.
- Work directly with strategists and clients to translate a brief into a video that actually performs, not just looks nice.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years editing specifically for social/performance media — a portfolio full of client showreels doesn't count if none of it ran as an ad.
- Expert-level Premiere Pro (After Effects a strong plus for motion graphics).
- You can explain WHY a cut works, not just that it “feels right” — hook theory, pacing, retention psychology.
- You've edited content that actually went semi-viral or ran as paid ad creative — bring receipts.
- Obsessive attention to sound design, captions, and pacing — the difference between “good enough” and “un-skippable.”
- Comfortable with fast turnaround cycles — this is performance media, not a film festival submission.
Bonus Points
- You've run your own faceless page or personal brand and know what it's like to live and die by the algorithm.
- You understand paid media well enough to know the editor's job doesn't end at export.
Don’t See Your Role?
If you’re exceptional, we’ll make room.
